We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return or exchange.

Over 90% of the jeans are EXCLUSIVE  (unique in their sizes), perhaps at the time of exchange the size you might need no longer exists, in this case, the client must select another reference from our exquisite and varied inventory of Jeans.

Regarding ON SALE jeans, at the time of exchange the client must take into consideration that you will NOT get other jeans in different sizes, in this case the client must choose another promotional garment or any other from our inventory. If it is the case the client will have to pay for the excess.


It is important to us that our customers are fully satisfied with their online purchases. This is why we make the exchange process very easy for you. To keep our customers happy, we offer 30 days of order; exchange policy for online purchases*.  Except for merchandise that is not eligible for returns or exchanges, as described below, if you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you can exchange the product(s) to head office by mail for an exchange.

You can exchange the product(s) on the COLOMBIA JEANS FB store for another size or item of equal value. Except as otherwise set forth herein, the exchange of merchandise will be for a value equal to the sale price of the merchandise exchanged, including applicable taxes. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Colombia Jeans Fashion Boutique and the cost of shipping the item back to you. If, however, we make a mistake on your order, we will reimburse you the cost of shipping your order back to us. This makes it fair to all concerned.

Only when the product has been finished in inventory, because the dispatched product has been an error by Colombia Jeans, that refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, unless returned will not be credited or reimbursed. Returns cannot be processed without original receipts. Returns will be issued upon inspection of the item once we receive it. Please allow 2-3 days for processing returns.

The following criteria must be met in order for an item to qualify for a merchandise exchange:

  • The product(s)  was shipped within the last 30 days of order; (as evidenced by the Shipment Confirmation)
  • The product is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product is unworn.
  • The product is unused.
  •  The product is unwashed.
  • The product is undamaged.
  • The product is in its original packaging with price tags attached.

Please note all merchandise that is 40% off or more, Gift Cards, customized merchandise, shapewear, bodysuits; swimwear (if the hygienic liner has been removed), earrings, and body jewelry are final sales. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

In order to ensure the above criteria have been met, all merchandise submitted for a return or exchange will be inspected. If a product does not meet the listed criteria, COLOMBIA JEANS FB reserves the right not to return or exchange the product.

In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly Contact Us with details of the product and the defect, and you will receive instructions from us. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable period of time whether you are entitled to a refund (which will be credited to your original method of payment) as a result of the alleged defect.


If you wish to exchange an item bought on the Store of COLOMBIA JEANS FB.To exchange a product, you must bring your merchandise into COLOMBIA JEANS FB store with proof of purchase (invoice) within 10 days of receipt. Exchanges cannot be processed without original receipts.


For all online purchases, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. If the merchandise was returned in-store, the amount will be reimbursed on a gift card. For your convenience, we offer two return methods:

In-store. Bring the merchandise in its original condition with a proof of purchase (receipt/order). Exchanges cannot be processed without original receipts.

By mail: Follow these four easy steps.

  1. Fill out the form in order to get an RMA (return merchandise authorization).
  2. When your RMA is approved, you’ll get a confirmation number and a return tag to print by email.
  3. Package the product up in its original condition and don’t forget the proof of purchase (invoice).
